This event was an opportunity for the guys to learn how to prepare an elegant meal from scratch and serve it to their sweethearts in a stylish and romantic way. The entree was a variation on chicken cordon bleu, with rice and asparagus with cheese sauce. Dessert was a quick & easy chocolate mousse. Everyone had a chance to taste the fruits of their labors when the cooking was finished. Now, we'll need reports from the ladies on how well the brethren learned their lessons.
